- Who is Vendor Pro for?
- Event businesses of any size: DJs, caterers, photographers, rental companies, decorators, bartenders, entertainers and venues.
- Do I need a separate account?
- No. Vendor Pro is attached to your normal Sochely account, so you can still attend and host events with the same login.
- Can I add leads that didn't come from Sochely?
- Yes. Leads from Instagram, Google, referrals or word of mouth can be added by hand and managed in the same inbox as Sochely inquiries.
- How do customers accept a quote?
- You send a link. Your customer opens it on any device, reviews the line items and accepts it without creating an account.
- How are deposits collected?
- When you request a deposit, your customer gets a secure payment link. Vendor Pro shows what has been paid and what is still due.
- Is my business address public?
- No. Your storefront shows your city, region, country and service area. Your street address is only shown if you turn that on.
- Can I track rental equipment?
- Yes. Add items like speakers, tents or chairs with the quantity you own and see how many are available.
